Notion

Notion is where growing property teams put the things that do not fit anywhere else: how the handover works, which supplier to call for what, the quirks of a particular building, the onboarding somebody wrote for a new cleaner.

It is genuinely valuable and almost always underused. The knowledge exists, but finding it requires knowing it exists, which means new people ask questions the wiki already answers and experienced people become the search index.

Connecting Notion makes it answerable. Ask what the procedure is for a lockout and the AI reads the page and tells you, so the wiki works for whoever is on shift rather than for whoever wrote it. It writes back too — a new procedure or a property note can be drafted into the workspace where the rest of them live.

Once Notion is connected, ProhostAI reads and updates your pages and databases in plain language.

Notion connects through OAuth. You choose which pages and databases to share during the connection.

1. Open ProhostAI and go to Settings → Connections.
2. Search for Notion and select Connect.
3. Sign in to Notion and approve the permissions.
4. Select the pages to share, then ask a question your documentation answers.

• Notion asks you to pick which pages the integration can see. It cannot read anything you do not share.
• Sharing a parent page shares its children, which is the quickest way to give the AI a whole section.
• Well-titled pages produce noticeably better answers — the title is the strongest signal about what a page covers.
• Revoking ProhostAI in Notion’s connections settings ends access immediately.
