Hospitable

Hospitable made its name on messaging automation for hosts: scheduled messages that fire on booking, before check-in, during the stay and after checkout, reliably and without fuss.

It solves the outbound half completely. What it cannot solve is the inbound half its own messages generate — because a good automated message frequently prompts a reply, and a reply needs an answer nobody scheduled.

That is the volume still landing on a person. The check-in instructions went out perfectly at 9am; the guest wrote back asking whether the code works on the side door, and that question has no rule behind it.

Connecting Hospitable puts an AI on exactly that remainder. Your existing message rules keep running untouched, and the conversations they provoke get handled from the real booking — with anything needing judgement escalated to you rather than answered confidently and wrongly.

Once Hospitable is connected, ProhostAI works from its data. Your existing message rules are unaffected.

Hospitable connects with an API key from your Hospitable account, so ProhostAI never sees your password.

1. In Hospitable, generate an API key from your account settings.
2. Open ProhostAI and go to Settings → Connections.
3. Search for Hospitable, select Connect, and paste the key.
4. Wait for the first sync, then check your properties and upcoming reservations look right.

• Your existing Hospitable message rules keep running. ProhostAI answers the replies they provoke rather than replacing your automation.
• Hospitable stays the system of record for properties, bookings and its own scheduled messaging.
• Decide early which questions the AI may answer alone. Access problems and anything about money usually deserve a person.
• Disconnecting in ProhostAI stops the sync and changes nothing in Hospitable.
