Some properties earn more as venues than as accommodation. Retreats, supper clubs, workshops, wedding weekends — an event brings a group at a rate no individual booking matches, and often in a season when nobody is booking anyway.

The operational shape is different though. An event is a booking with dozens of attendees, a ticketing question, catering, and a schedule the property has to be prepared for in a way an ordinary stay never is.

Connecting Eventbrite lets that sit alongside the rest. Attendee numbers, ticket sales and orders are visible next to the property and dates, so the operational preparation follows from the event rather than being tracked separately.

It is a genuinely niche connection and worth saying so — most operators will never need it. For those running events it removes a whole parallel system, and for everyone else it is noise.

1. Open ProhostAI and go to Settings → Connections.
2. Search for Eventbrite and select Connect.
3. Sign in to Eventbrite and approve the permissions.
4. Ask about your upcoming events to confirm it works.
