Overview

Beyond built one of the first serious revenue-management tools for short-term rentals, and operators who use it tend to take pricing seriously — watching market data, tuning strategies, treating the calendar as something managed rather than filled.

Pricing at that level exposes the next constraint. A well-priced calendar still produces awkward gaps, still generates enquiries that need answering quickly, and still creates operational work every time a booking lands.

Connecting Beyond to ProhostAI covers that second half. Rates sync without manual entry, the AI answers enquiries fast enough that good pricing converts, and the orphan nights left over become offers to guests already in the building rather than dead inventory. Pricing and conversation end up pulling in the same direction, which is harder than it sounds when the two live in different tools and neither knows what the other just did.

Setup

Beyond connects with credentials from your Beyond account.

In Beyond, generate an API key from your account settings.
Open ProhostAI and go to Settings → Connections.
Search for Beyond, select Connect, and paste the key.
Wait for the first sync to finish, then check that your listings and upcoming reservations look right.

This connection is in Early Access. Rate sync and gap-night handling are covered; Beyond’s full analytics surface is not mirrored.
Beyond stays the revenue management system. ProhostAI does not override its pricing.
Connect your PMS too — that is what identifies genuinely orphaned nights rather than merely unsold ones.
Disconnecting stops the sync and leaves your Beyond configuration alone.

Does ProhostAI override Beyond’s pricing?

No. Beyond remains the revenue management system and its strategy keeps applying. ProhostAI syncs those rates and works on the nights pricing cannot fill by itself.

Is the Beyond connection generally available?

It is in Early Access. Rate sync and gap-night handling are covered; Beyond’s full analytics surface is not mirrored into ProhostAI.

Can I use Beyond and a PMS at the same time?

Yes, and you should. The PMS provides the reservations that tell ProhostAI which nights are genuinely orphaned.

What happens to gap nights?

They can be offered as extensions to guests already staying either side of them, which is usually more effective than discounting a night nobody is searching for.

How do I disconnect Beyond?

Open Settings → Connections in ProhostAI and disconnect it. Your Beyond setup is unaffected.
