Overview

Property management fits badly into a CRM designed for software sales. The entities that matter are not just companies and deals — they are buildings, owners, units, agreements, sometimes the letting agent who introduced you.

Attio’s appeal is that you can model exactly that, which makes it popular with operators who found conventional CRMs required them to describe their business in someone else’s vocabulary.

Ask what is happening with a particular owner and get the record; log the conversation you just had; update a deal as part of deciding to. Setup

Attio connects through OAuth, so ProhostAI never sees your password.

  1. Open ProhostAI and go to Settings → Connections.
  2. Search for Attio and select Connect.
  3. Sign in to Attio and approve access to your workspace.
  4. Ask about one of your records to confirm the connection works.

  • Attio stays the system of record. Your object model and attributes are used as they are.
  • Because Attio workspaces are so individually shaped, being specific about which object you mean gets better results than a generic request.
  • The AI works within the connected user’s access to the workspace.
  • Revoking ProhostAI in Attio’s workspace settings ends access immediately.

FAQ

Does ProhostAI work with my custom Attio objects?

It reads and updates the records in your workspace as you have modelled them. Because Attio setups vary so much, naming the object you mean gives better results than a vague request.

Will it change my object model?

No. Attio stays the system of record and its structure is used as it is — ProhostAI updates records rather than reshaping them.

Can it log activity automatically?

It can add notes and log activity against records on request, so a conversation gets recorded when it happens rather than in a later catch-up.

Is Attio a good fit for property management?

How do I disconnect Attio?

Open Settings → Connections in ProhostAI and disconnect it, or revoke ProhostAI in your Attio workspace settings.
